Project Manager

We are involved in the development and enrichment of Yandex's advertising price list. This includes display and performance advertising, including Yandex services. We also develop and implement rules and conditions for new commercial programs and projects that will help increase sales and expand the client base.

What tasks await you

Project Development You will assist in shaping commercial projects and annual proposals, as well as improve existing ones to develop Yandex's clients.

Balancing Interests You will assess the project's and proposals' marginability, their market demand, as well as analyze and account for the risks of the suggested options.

Data Analysis You will work with data and identify clients' growth points to create seasonal and annual programs and achieve maximum efficiency.

Cross-Team Projects You will participate in projects with related services and departments, find growth points, and implement new initiatives to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

We expect you

• Have over one year of experience in online advertising
• Know display and performance tools, understand the key metrics for their analysis
• Are proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Optimize processes and create new ones
• Have interacted with cross-functional teams: product managers, lawyers, tax specialists, marketing, analysts, and others
• Adapt quickly to changes
• Are results-oriented, energetic, and proactive
• Are attentive to details, strive to understand the essence of things, and immerse yourself in processes
• Can quickly understand a problem and propose possible solutions
• Are ready for multitasking, know how to work with a large volume of information, meet deadlines, plan your time
