- Identify critical links between services and systems, understand the product's technical architecture at a high level;
- Together with product managers, conduct quarterly planning, validate hypotheses, and formalize requirements from internal and external customers;
- Formulate and prioritize the backlog, track deadlines, communicate with stakeholders, and promptly respond to and eliminate organizational blockers;
- Help the team find growth points in statistics and attribution.
What experience and knowledge are needed
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in AdTech / MarTech / Marketplace / Big Data domains;

- Understanding of Discovery and Delivery processes and the ability to manage them effectively;
- Ability to formulate a vision of processes within the team, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions;
- Proficient in prioritization methods and able to work with inter-team dependencies
- Possess systemic thinking and an understanding of technical architecture: know how databases are structured, what system design is, and how services interact with each other;
- Ability to take responsibility for results: control deadlines, work with risks, and quickly adapt to changes;
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to speak the same language with development and business units.
