Business Process Development Manager at Market

Since 2018, we have been developing a marketplace that provides partners with a complete fulfillment cycle: we store goods in a warehouse, receive, pick, and pack orders, receive payment, deliver goods, and handle returns.

We are looking for a business process manager who will work with us to optimize, modernize, and implement warehouse logistics processes at our fulfillment center (FC) in Saint Petersburg.

What tasks await you

Business Process Optimization You will develop, implement, and improve FC business processes to reduce processing costs. You will also need to monitor operations, update productivity calculation tools, prepare reports and profit and loss statements, and report on the status of FC projects at the regional level.

Monitoring and Systematization of Changes You will track the loss percentage, discuss changes in warehouse operations with service managers, and organize practical tests on-site together with managers.

Team Collaboration You will participate in inventory counts and analyze their results.
