What We Expect from Candidates

• Experience in describing business processes.

• Experience in writing regulations, instructions, and other internal normative documents.
• Work experience in the field of business analytics, ability to analyze large volumes of information.
• Confident knowledge of MS Office products (including MS Visio).
• Knowledge of notations: BPMN, IDEF, EPC.
• Communication skills, systematic approach, analytical thinking, high stress tolerance.
• Ability to find the reasons behind deviation numbers and visualize dashboards in an understandable way.

User Technical Support Team

We create seamless interaction between users and the IT landscape, participate in the implementation and development of digital tools (chatbots, self-service portals, knowledge bases), collect and analyze data to improve process efficiency and automate routine.

Our tasks include not only the operational resolution of incidents but also the analysis of requests to identify bottlenecks in processes, participation in digitalization projects (testing new systems, writing instructions, collecting feedback) and digital transformation, as well as monitoring the quality of digital services and adapting them to user needs.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in digitalization and digital transformation, an understanding of the basic principles of digitalization and automation, skills in working with analytics and knowledge bases, who is ready to be a driver of digital changes and improve users' digital literacy.

Tasks

• Analysis of the effectiveness of existing business processes.
• Optimization of existing ones, as well as development, coordination and implementation of new business processes, together with business process owners.
• Participation in a project to assess the level of Digitalization of processes (BU&U, HR, IT, etc.).
• Development of a Digitalization model in the context of the researched areas and presentation at the committee.
• Managing interaction with the Customer within your area of responsibility.
• Collection, processing and preparation of analytical information.
• Interaction with subject matter experts.
• Interaction with related departments during the provision of IT services specified in the service catalog and concluded contracts, within the assigned territory.
• Preparation of presentation materials.
• Quality control of IT service provision.
