PM / Business Analyst (middle+)

Project — a bank's mobile application for individuals

Format: office, 9 AM–6 PM No remote work

Role on the business side — gather requirements and assign tasks to development teams (product managers, project managers, analysts)

Requirements: — experience with banking systems (Colvir, SmartVista, BPMN/Camunda, etc.) from 3 years or confident experience in PM/BA with an understanding of how to work with development and requirements — gathering, analysis, and formalization of requirements, preparation of technical specifications and prototypes — API (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) — SQL, UML — Figma, Jira, Confluence — ability to formulate thoughts clearly
