Areas of Responsibility:
Performing the role of a business analyst in an e-commerce team for the development of the SimpleWine website and mobile application.
- Solving diverse tasks without strict ties to streams - influencing the entire user journey and metrics.
- Forming business requirements and implementing changes to improve user experience, and product metrics of the website and application.
- Analyzing "as is" processes, designing and modeling "to be" processes, creating diagrams (IDEF0, EPC, BPMN) and process descriptions.
- Managing task implementation from idea to release: elaborating hypotheses, decomposing user scenarios (User Story), setting tasks for design, describing mockups, handing over to development, accepting functionality, maintaining supporting documentation (Confluence).
Required Competencies:
- Business analyst experience of 3+ years.
- Experience in e-commerce or other B2C products (website and mobile applications) is desirable.
- Knowledge of BPMN notation; ability to form user scenarios (User Stories) and use cases (Use Cases).
- Confident user of Jira, Confluence, Miro.
- Ability to understand existing processes, and dive deep into the product.
- Proactivity, business acumen, strong communication skills.
- Experience applying machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools will be an advantage.
- Interest in the wine industry and the development of a breakthrough product in wine retail :)
