Strategy and Operational Efficiency Manager
We are looking for a professional ready to take on the responsibility for managing strategy and operational tasks in international markets. In this role, you will develop and implement solutions that directly impact marketplace growth, improve user experience, and achieve key business goals.
Strategy Development You will be responsible for analyzing markets and developing financial-economic models to assess growth, plan investments, attract drivers and passengers. Forecast the dynamics of average checks, demand, and supply across markets. Work in close collaboration with analytics, marketing, and product management teams.
Operational Management Your tasks will include managing investments in passenger subsidies and driver bonus programs, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes, managing the budget, testing new solutions and their subsequent scaling: from bonus schemes to improving the tariff structure.
Working with Local Specifics You will conduct an in-depth analysis of the specific characteristics of each market in close cooperation with local teams, as well as adapt solutions and strategy to the specifics of each region.
Cross-Functional Collaboration You will need to launch joint projects with marketing and analytics teams, for example, user acquisition campaigns, testing bonus programs and discount systems. Together with the analytics team, you will use A/B testing and machine learning methods to find new approaches and optimize subsidies.
