We are looking for a Junior Business Partner for a maternity leave replacement position. You will develop analytics for the commercial unit: calculate KPIs, monitor metrics, assist with re-segmentation, and support dashboards. We expect that you have experience calculating large volumes of data and are proficient in Excel.

What tasks await you

Support and development of commercial unit analytics You will be responsible for calculating KPIs for the Sales Team: preparing data, performing calculations, conducting reconciliations, and presenting the results. You will assist with client re-segmentation: preparing and verifying data, participating in the process. You will also need to support Sales Team dashboards: gathering requirements (specifications), monitoring updates, and improving existing reports. Your tasks will include ad hoc analytics by segment based on business requests, and maintaining documentation (calculation logic, sources, processes, instructions).

We expect you to have

• Higher education (economics, finance, mathematics, IT, business, management, or related fields)
• Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Meticulous and attentive to detail, able to verify information and identify discrepancies
• Ready for a high volume of operational work
• Proactive: ask questions, suggest improvements, learn quickly
• Comfortable working in a multitasking environment with deadlines

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., DataLens)
• Basic knowledge of management accounting and finance
• Proficient in PowerPoint
• Experience in process optimization or a desire to learn about it (automation, reducing manual operations, documentation)
