Analyst (Intern) for the Commercial BI Team

We provide the commercial department with transparent data on advertising revenue and cash flows. Sales plans are set and KPIs are calculated based on our reports. We accept requests from the business and internal departments, extract and aggregate data (SQL), and visualize it in DataLens. We don't just deliver dashboards, we support users: we train, consult, and refine reporting to meet real tasks.

What tasks await you

Development of reporting on financial metrics and motivation You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards in DataLens for tracking advertising revenue and cash flows, calculating and setting target metrics for the sales department, and preparing data for period closing and bonus accruals for sales functions.

End-to-end work with data based on business requests You will accept and decompose tasks from internal stakeholders, handle data extraction and aggregation (SQL), as well as building tables and visualizing results in dashboards. Your tasks will include testing and refining reporting based on feedback.

Interaction with related departments You will coordinate data requirements with source teams, conduct demo sessions and consultations for users, and train employees on working with the toolset.

We expect that you

• Have proficiency in SQL for complex queries and have worked with databases
• Understand data visualization principles (tables, charts, dashboards) and have built reports
• Are responsible and results-oriented
• Are interested in data and the process, want to understand the task, not just 'throw over the code'
• Are communicative and ready to go and ask if you don't know something
