Analyst for the Neuroproducts Team

We are the analytics team of neuroprojects, creating document processing services based on LLM. Our products help work with files faster and more efficiently: search for information, summarize content, and draw conclusions based on it. Our services are already used by both private users and representatives of medium and large businesses. The service ecosystem includes several advanced solutions, for example, Alisa Pro — a tool for intelligent work with files, and Neurolawyer — a product for analyzing legal documents. We are not standing still: we are constantly experimenting with LLM capabilities, implementing the latest technologies, and improving products to make the user experience even more convenient and efficient.

We are looking for an experienced specialist who will help us take our products to the next level. You will be faced with exciting and large-scale tasks.

What tasks await you

Product Analytics Participate in generating and testing product hypotheses. Develop and improve the system of product metrics. Find valuable insights and extract new knowledge that will help improve our services.

Creating and Supporting Analytical Infrastructure Contribute to infrastructure development in conditions of active product growth. Formulate requirements for logging. Create and maintain ETL processes. Develop self-service dashboards.

Teamwork Work closely with product managers, developers, testers, and analysts. Help the team make informed decisions based on data.

We expect you to have

• Worked as a data analyst or product analyst
• Confident command of SQL and Python
• Worked with BI systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DataLens, or similar tools)
• Possess structured thinking and can formulate conclusions based on data
• Understand the basics of A/B testing and evaluating product changes
• Able to independently take a task from formulation to implementation

It will be a plus if you

• Can train basic machine learning models (e.g., user query classifiers)
• Have worked with text data or services based on neural networks
