We are creating next-generation autonomous driving technologies. Our two key products are autonomous trucks and robotaxis, which make transportation safer and more efficient.

The product and operational analytics team helps turn data into solutions. We are involved in product analytics for autonomous trucks, robotaxis, and internal fleet management services, and we also help fleet operational management teams identify areas for improving mileage efficiency and operational processes.

Your role will involve transforming business questions into data tasks, designing metrics and dashboards, automating reporting, and bringing insights to product implementation.

What tasks await you

Autonomous Freight Transportation You will calculate the commercial efficiency of trips (in monetary and other terms), compile a ranking of route attractiveness, and improve fleet utilization.

HD Maps These are high-precision maps that help a vehicle determine its position and landmarks. You will work on metrics for map quality, creation speed, the efficiency of cartography tools, and also develop algorithms for detecting issues and receive alerts to fix them promptly.

Remote Management Some problems of autonomous vehicles are solved remotely using teleoperation tools. You will build a problem funnel (what we want to solve and what we can already solve), assess problem resolution quality and the technical quality of the tools.

Analysis of Robotaxi Operations You will assess trip quality and autonomy level, measure demand and passenger NPS, calculate useful machine utilization, and compare our metrics with classic taxi services.

We expect you to have

• Several years of experience as a product analyst or data analyst
• Proficient in SQL (including window functions) and have a basic knowledge of Python
• Experience with BI systems, preferably DataLens
• Ability to answer business questions and proactively seek growth points
• Know how to translate a business task into a data task
• Can clearly communicate research results to the business and persuasively defend your point of view
