What tasks await you

Improving the user funnel You will need to identify factors affecting the robot's availability during ordering and the reasons why customers choose robot delivery. The found barriers at each stage of the funnel need to be turned into experiments, and then you will implement the best solutions.

Increasing the efficiency of robot delivery You will research ways to increase the number of orders per robot. This metric is influenced by many factors: operating zone boundaries, distribution of robots across these zones, the possibility of order batching. In these areas, you will need to optimize the quality of algorithms.

Researching the quality of city infrastructure You will assess the quality of scouting new locations and devise faster and more effective ways to digitize city infrastructure. Real-world constraints are a major risk factor during scaling, so it's important for us to be able to identify them accurately.

We expect that you

• Know how to break down business into specific metrics: understand which ones are important at which moment, and which are not and why, and what high-quality product reporting should look like
• Think about data structurally, write quality Python code and SQL queries for processing it
• Know how to formulate product hypotheses, conduct A/B experiments, and interpret their results
• Defend your point of view, including to C-level, and skillfully manage colleagues' expectations
