Analyst for the Batch Technology Development Team in Delivery

Our team develops algorithms that help increase the number of orders delivered per unit of time by combining them into optimal routes (this is called batch technology). We learn to predict how long it will take to fulfill an order even before starting to search for a route and improve the client and courier experience of working with batches.

We are looking for an analyst who, like us, is passionate about technology, ready to dive in headfirst and take on new challenges. We promise complex and interesting tasks, the opportunity to quickly implement ideas and directly influence key business metrics.

What tasks await you

Implement and develop batch algorithms for the international direction We see great potential in developing delivery outside Russia. To do this, we want to implement batch technologies in new countries to deliver parcels even more efficiently.

Care for the courier and client experience Our task is to avoid complicating the product for the courier and maintain high service quality for the client when creating batch technologies.

Build processes and develop metrics You will conduct monitoring and diagnostics of algorithms, enriching our creative process with metrics.
