Analyst-Developer for the Financial Services Analytics Team

Our team builds financial services that help taxi fleets and courier services grow faster, save time, and increase profits. Our goal is to build an ecosystem of financial solutions and become the undisputed market leader in this segment.

We are looking for a product analyst who will influence key financial products for our partners. If you want to see your hypotheses turn into real revenue for people and businesses, this position is for you.

What tasks await you

Influence the product Find growth points in financial services and tools, launch new products, and experiment a lot.

Scale existing tools Our work is not limited to Taxi: we adapt and launch our tools for performers of other services (Delivery, Yandex Eda, Lavka, Smena), as well as in other geographies, besides Russia.

Improve economics Build models that will help partners optimize costs and earn more.

Build trust Implement transparent metrics and solutions that make interaction with the platform and team clear and honest.

We expect you to

• Have a higher technical or economic education
• Know how to conduct A/B tests
• Have advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Have a good knowledge of mathematics and the fundamentals of statistics
• Be able to see the physical meaning behind numbers and find the causes of phenomena
• Be able to defend your position based on data and research
• Understand that analytics must be linked to business results
