Yandex Fintech appeared just three years ago but has already proven its value and become a separate business unit. We create services that help manage data and money. Currently, we are expanding our product analytics team and looking for specialists for several products:
- Yandex Pay — a unified service for managing money, one of the key directions for all of Fintech. It's a profitable and secure way to solve key financial tasks.
- Card Pro — unique financial products for more than a million of our partners — taxi drivers and couriers. Currently, there are two main development areas here: a debit card and a credit product.
- Saves — deposits and savings accounts where you can save money for big and small goals.
We strive to constantly develop and improve our products, which is why we are looking for strong analysts to join our team. We expect that you want and can fully engage in processes, are ready to suggest fresh ideas, and also discuss and analyze those suggested by colleagues.
What tasks await you
- Proposing ideas and helping develop the product
- Transforming business requests into analytical tasks and projects
- Being part of the business team, not a calculator on outsourcing
- Finding vulnerable areas and growth points for the product
- Generating hypotheses and testing them based on data
- Conducting A/B tests
- Explaining the obtained results to the team and helping make decisions
We expect you to
- Have a good knowledge of mathematics and a grasp of the fundamentals of statistics
- Be able to write analytical code in SQL and Python
- Understand the theory of A/B testing
- Take a proactive stance
- Be able to argue and clearly defend your own point of view and listen to others
- Be capable of seeing the physical meaning behind numbers and finding the causes of phenomena
- Take a critical look at the obtained results
