Sber Insurance is looking for an experienced product analyst to join the "Protection for any occasion" team. Within this direction, we are creating a convenient "configurator" that allows users to build custom terms for an insurance policy. Our clients independently choose what to insure: money, property, health, or everything at once.
Responsibilities
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis based on requests from product and business teams.
- Working with large volumes of data: creating and optimizing SQL queries in Greenplum (DBeaver) and Hadoop.
- Performing deep analysis of product data and customer behavior, identifying insights and anomalies.
- Creating analytical reports and dashboards in Excel, preparing presentations for teams.
- Working with Process Mining to identify weak points and optimize product processes.
- Integrating machine learning models and working with artificial intelligence-based systems to improve forecast accuracy and product quality.
- Planning and launching A/B tests, evaluating their effectiveness using statistical methods.
- Actively interacting with the product team and other departments to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Higher technical or economic education.
- At least 2 years of experience in an analyst role at a product, financial, or insurance company.
- Confident knowledge of SQL (Greenplum, PostgreSQL and/or Hive) for building complex analytical queries.
- Proficient user of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Knowledge of Python at the level of writing scripts for data processing and analysis (pandas, numpy).
- Understanding of Process Mining methodologies and tools is welcome.
- Experience in integrating and working with artificial intelligence and machine learning models.
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics and practical experience in conducting A/B tests.
- Analytical mindset, independence, ability to work with large volumes of data, attention to detail.
- Readiness to work in a multitasking environment and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests.
- Proficient use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
