Description
The Division "Retail Collection and Settlement" team is looking for a Product Data Analyst to lead the product analytics direction, which includes product analysis, monitoring the performance of existing products, determining their contribution to the Tribe's business results, and launching new ones to expand the product shelf.
Responsibilities
- organizing and controlling the full cycle of analytical work
- conducting in-depth analysis of product structures, key metrics, trends, and correlations, preparing analytical notes and reports for senior management
- supporting BI services implementation projects, automating reporting
- monitoring the product efficiency matrix, operational and financial indicators
- forecasting operational and financial product metrics
- ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, leadership experience is a plus
- confident use of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, external data sources)
- excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with relational DBMS (Oracle, Greenplum), or on the Hadoop stack
- excellent knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib or similar)
- strong communication and presentation skills for business customers;
- skills in applying AI in professional activities.
