Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our AI agent development team.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of large data sets using Python and SQL, working with relational DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, Greenplum).
• Preparation and processing of data for subsequent analysis, including cleaning, transformation, and aggregation.
• Conducting statistical analysis, drawing conclusions and making recommendations based on data.
• Organizing and conducting A/B testing, interpreting results, forming proposals for process optimization.
• Data visualization and preparation of analytical reports and presentations in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interaction with business units to clarify requirements, gather information, and present analysis results.
• Independent formulation and solution of analytical tasks, responsibility for results.
• Working with big data on the Hadoop platform (Hive, PySpark).
• Development and support of dashboards in BI systems (Qlik Sense, Power BI).

Requirements

• Higher education in the field: applied mathematics / statistics / IT / finance;

• Confident proficiency in Python/SQL and experience with relational DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, Greenplum);

• Confident proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

• Ability to work with large volumes of data;

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of mathematical statistics and understanding of the principles of A/B testing;

• Understanding of banking products at the user level;

• Will be an advantage: knowledge of Hadoop (hive, pyspark);

• Will be a plus: experience with BI tools (Qlik sense, Power BI).
