Product Analyst for the FinTech Growth and Efficiency Team

We are a young and very ambitious team. Our key task is to ensure the effective growth of FinTech. To do this, we create analytical products and tools, the key one being the LTV model. We are looking for someone who will help us improve the LTV model, apply it to solve a wide range of tasks, and elevate the business to a new level of management.

What tasks await you

Develop the LTV model You will look for ways to improve the model (methodology, segments, methods for accounting for product mechanics). It's important to monitor the model's performance quality and analyze its changes from the perspective of quality and business impact.

Implement the LTV approach You will need to embed LTV into acquisition and retention funnels. Design and launch experiments, calculate incremental effects and ROI. Transform LTV and propensity estimates into applied solutions: segments, next best offer, personalization scenarios, triggers.

We expect you to

• Be proficient in SQL and Python
• Understand statistics and hypothesis testing
• Understand how product metrics are structured and the real users behind them
• Want to not just analyze, but to influence — the product, the users, and business development
