Product Analyst for Offers

We are looking for an analyst to join the driver product analytics team. Together, we make drivers' work on the platform more efficient and convenient, improve the service for hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, and help them earn more.

What tasks await you

How to improve the order flow and increase the number of completed rides? The main task is to analyze driver work scenarios to make the process as convenient and transparent as possible and increase the number of completed orders: how a driver receives and accepts orders, what factors influence their decision.

How to help a driver organize their workday more effectively and increase their income? You will analyze data on driver behavior, identify successful work patterns, segment the audience, and implement planning tools (recommendations for going online, choosing zones and order types) to increase driver satisfaction and income.

How to improve the efficiency and productive working time of drivers on the line? You will need to assess the impact of various tools - bonuses, penalties, and other motivational mechanisms - on driver activity and their income. The task is to find and scale best practices, as well as propose and launch new solutions that increase effective time on the line and drivers' overall earnings.

We expect that you

• Have a higher technical or economic education
• Know how to conduct A/B tests
