Alice doesn't just live in smart speakers and smart home devices — many users have appreciated the opportunity to chat with the virtual assistant on computers and smartphones. We are looking for a product analyst who will help develop the communication skills with Alice on these surfaces. You will need to build many processes from scratch, work closely with the business, find answers to questions, and propose your own hypotheses.

In addition to research tasks, you will be involved in the full feature development cycle: from analyzing feasibility to acceptance through A/B testing and visualizing the resulting funnel metrics on a dashboard. Join us to help make Alice even smarter and more useful for users.

What tasks await you

Virtual assistant user satisfaction You will need to understand the tasks a user comes to the virtual assistant with, and find a metric that reflects the user's satisfaction with Alice's response.

Hypothesis generation Based on data and research, you will generate and test hypotheses on how to make chatting with Alice even more useful and intuitive.

Analysis of Alice's distribution in new product entry points You will research and evaluate the effectiveness of new product distribution channels — for example, entry points in Yandex mobile applications. You will analyze how new entry points affect user acquisition, activation, and long-term value, helping the team make decisions on scaling successful channels.

We expect that you

• Have conducted A/B tests and understand their importance for the product
• Know probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Are proficient in SQL, Python
• Enjoy working with data, generating hypotheses, and know how to test them
• Are self-sufficient and willing to take on new tasks for which there is no ready-made solution
• Can substantiate your position and clearly communicate the results of your work
