What tasks await you

Analysis of user behavior You will build funnels for intercity trips, identify problematic areas, and propose solutions that will improve the experience for passengers and drivers.

Reliability of pre-orders It is necessary to ensure quick driver matching, eliminate last-minute order cancellations, and guarantee timely arrival for the passenger. You will investigate the causes of failures and find ways to make the service more stable.

Increasing driver income You will find out what prevents drivers from earning more in Intercity. You will need to find solutions that will help attract drivers and retain them on the platform.

Optimization of shared trips You will need to figure out how to fill cars with passengers while maintaining a high level of convenience and reliability for passengers and drivers.

We expect you

• Have a higher technical or economic education
• Can formulate hypotheses and test them with data
• Possess advanced skills in SQL, Python, and working with large data arrays
• Have a good understanding of statistics methods and A/B testing, and can interpret results
• Can build scalable dashboards and automate reporting
• Are ready to quickly immerse yourself in new tasks and help the product enter new markets
