CRM Analyst for the Yandex Go SuperApp Team
QuQu is an internal platform for CRM communications. It makes it easy to set up targeted mailings with specific offers to a chosen audience, launch them across various channels, and assess the effectiveness of these offers.
We are looking for a person to join the communications analytics team who will help grow the superapp's metrics through CRM marketing in Russia, and who can conceive and launch complex and effective communication mechanics so that messages don't turn into spam.
Cross-Service Communications Together with marketers, you will conceive and launch cross-service communications within the superapp that will help grow new users for the services.
Analytics You will analyze the best channels and participate in activating the services' active user base, building a clear communication strategy.
Marketing Communications Effectiveness You will need to localize issues with deliveries, clean up channels from useless mailings that clutter the communication stream.
