Analyst for the Taxi Communications Management Team
QuQu is an internal platform for CRM communications. It allows you to easily configure targeted campaigns with specific offers for selected audiences, launch them through various channels (push notifications, SMS, in-app), and evaluate the effectiveness of these offers.
We are looking for a communications analyst to join our team, who will help analyze the effectiveness of the QuQu platform and improve it.
Platform analytics and experiments with platform tools You will be responsible for identifying optimal settings to optimize communication traffic across all services. You will help create and implement new models for prioritizing offers and experiment with contact policies.
Research tasks You will research the deliverability of push and in-app communications, traffic utilization, and the impact of communications on business metrics.
Analysis of service behavior strategies You will need to study how services use our platform and, based on this information, help services share successful experiences.
