Yandex Go is a unified application that helps people solve everyday tasks in the city quickly and on time. We have many user acquisition channels: from map objects in the app and videos in browsers to TV and billboard ads. Our task is to assess the potential of each channel so that marketing investments are as effective as possible.
The Product Analyst for Taxi is a person who will fully participate in the service's development. We expect that you will not just conduct data analysis, but also propose your own ideas for improving business processes.
Analysis of acquisition channel effectiveness Our goal is to grow the number of users of e-com services in Yandex Go. You will study the effectiveness of marketing channels, including measuring the incrementality of individual types of in-app communications. Assess the audience capacity of newcomers to Go services and segments of individual Taxi tariffs. Compare the effectiveness of cross-service campaigns (combinations of offers from different services) with independent promotion. Explain the obtained results to marketers and help the business invest money wisely.
Analysis of the Go application You will engage in comprehensive analysis: generating and testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests, analyzing their results, and proposing application improvements. Spend a lot of time with SQL, Python, and visualization systems (but understand that these are just tools; the main result of your work is influencing decisions).
