Analyst-Developer for Autonomous Transport

Autonomous technologies are already significantly easing and improving our lives. However, we need to constantly develop and refine these technologies to reach an even higher level of comfort, safety, and accessibility for all.

We plan to actively grow and improve our products — a delivery robot, an autonomous truck, an autonomous car. We are looking for talented analyst-developers to join the team.

What tasks await you

Analysis of robot reliability You will research factors influencing repair frequency, compare planned and actual uptime metrics, identify the most problematic nodes and components, and prepare reports on reliability trends.

Development of approaches for assessing ML-algorithm quality You will create methodologies and criteria for evaluating route planning and robot movement algorithms in the city and in a virtual environment.

Development of new statistical methods for analysis and assessment You will create methods for data analysis — for example, combining real and synthetic data to improve the accuracy of assessments and trend analysis.

Creation and development of a quality metrics system You will develop indicators that will allow for more accurate assessment of the comfort, efficiency, and reliability of autonomous driving systems.

We expect that you

• Can break down a business into specific metrics: understand which ones are important at what point and which are not and why, and know what high-quality product reporting should look like
• Think about data structurally, write high-quality Python code and SQL queries for processing it
• Can formulate product hypotheses, conduct A/B experiments, and interpret their results
• Defend your point of view, including to senior management (C-level), and skillfully manage colleague expectations
