Analyst-Developer for the People Analytics team

Yandex's People Analytics team is looking for a colleague who will help improve employee attraction and hiring processes. You will be responsible for developing the product for conducting interviews, as well as optimizing recruitment efforts and work with the ATS to increase hiring efficiency.

What tasks await you

Analysis of user behavior and impact on product metrics We participate in the analysis and optimization of the company's HR processes. You will study processes, identify bottlenecks, assess the user experience of candidates participating in hiring processes, interviews, and internships, as well as work with product metrics.

Creating analytical reports and dashboards We work with diverse data sources. Based on them, we create analytical reports and dashboards on the DataLens platform, which help make informed decisions in the field of personnel development.

Interaction with business customers and colleagues You will closely communicate with product managers and business customers to improve the quality of analytics and achieve more effective development of internal products.

We expect that you

• Have worked as a data analyst for more than three years
• Independently build communication with the customer, have conducted complex negotiations with stakeholders
• Have built end-to-end analytics with different sources and large volumes of data
• Constantly use SQL, Python, and BI tools in work tasks
• Have tested hypotheses and are ready to provide examples of cases
• Can explain complex things simply: you can not only calculate the data but also tell how you did it

Will be a plus

• Have worked with HR data
• Know how to conduct A/B tests
• Graduated from a university with a technical or economics degree
• Have worked in big tech companies
