Analyst-Developer for the CX Analytics Team

The customer experience is a key touchpoint for users interacting with the product, and the effectiveness of this interaction directly impacts audience retention and loyalty, as well as business results.
We invite an analyst-developer to join and strengthen our team.
Product Research You will analyze the customer experience and user journeys at different stages of interaction with Fintech products based on data, and develop and maintain a system for monitoring customer experience metrics.
Implementation of AI Agents at All Stages of Support Work Together with business and technical teams, you will gather and formalize requirements for AI agent functionality. You will identify typical inquiry scenarios where AI usage is most effective, regularly analyze the performance of active AI agents, and seek growth opportunities.
A/B Testing You will conduct experiments, assess the impact of changes on support effectiveness and key business metrics, and advance the methodology and culture of A/B testing.
