Analyst-Developer for International Search Projects

We are working on Search projects in Turkey and Kazakhstan, and recently started working on the chat within the new Yandex AI. Our goal is to develop analytics that help make key decisions: which directions to develop, which to abandon, which features retain users, and which lead to their churn.

Together with the team, you will influence the development of a new product, build analytical processes, create tools, and research the audience.

What tasks await you

Development of analytics You will support and develop the analytical infrastructure: dashboards, ETL processes, tools for evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition channels. You will work with large volumes of data, conduct A/B tests, engage in research analytics, and build classification models.

We expect that you

• Are proficient in SQL and Python
• Know the basics of probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Have experience in ML
• Have participated in olympiads in mathematics, physics, or programming
• Are communicative, able to work in a team, and want to solve non-standard business tasks
