We are looking for an analytics leader who will be fully responsible for the product's numbers. You will not just calculate metrics, but actively influence strategy, find opportunities for exponential growth, and make the service better for the most demanding users.

What tasks await you

Managing Economics and Pricing Ultima is a complex ecosystem with a high average check. You will deeply study the unit economics of the segment: configure and optimize pricing models, maintain margins, and seek solutions that make the service profitable without compromising quality.

Product Development You will become a driver of change: you will look for "white spots" in the product, generate hypotheses, and launch experiments. You will assess the potential of an idea—whether it's a new feature in the interface or a change in the restaurant ranking algorithm—and test its viability in practice.

Optimizing Premium Logistics Delivery in Ultima must work like clockwork. You will analyze the efficiency of the courier service, optimize delivery zones and wait times so that the user receives their order perfectly on time. It is necessary to find a balance between delivery speed and the efficiency of couriers' work.

Marketing and User Behavior Analytics Our users are a sophisticated audience. You will understand how to attract and retain high-value clients, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, segment the database, and help the marketing team spend budgets as efficiently as possible, relying on data, not intuition.

We expect you to

• Be independent and proactive: you can formulate a task, find a problem, and propose a solution yourself, without waiting for instructions
• Write complex SQL queries excellently
• Use Python for deep analysis and automation
• Possess product thinking: you see the physical meaning behind the numbers and understand how your calculations affect the real business and user happiness

• Argue and defend your point of view to product managers and business, based on facts
