Data Analyst in Financial Services

Fintech is Yandex's young and actively developing service at the intersection of IT and finance. We are looking for an analyst who is interested in seeing the results of their work and directly influencing the product. Your area of responsibility will be credit products and their optimization.

What tasks await you

Optimization of customer acquisition and development Business growth is determined by the volume of user spending in Yandex services and beyond. You will optimize acquisition tools (cashback, installments) and propose new solutions for effective business growth.

Product development Our products are present in various Yandex services and beyond. To increase conversion to usage and expand the customer base, it is important to design the customer journey and ensure everything works correctly within it. You will manage customer action scenarios together with the product team and optimize them wherever our products are present, demonstrating expertise in A/B testing.

We expect you to

• Are proficient in SQL and Python
• Have a good understanding of mathematical statistics and hypothesis testing
• Can see the meaning behind the numbers and translate it into metrics
• Want to influence the product you are responsible for
