What tasks await you

Managing Charging Station Efficiency You will analyze and be responsible for the quality and availability of charging infrastructure operation. You will design a data-driven decision-making system: determine which stations should operate in which mode, how to optimize energy load and improve network availability.

Optimizing SOC and Battery Health You will create algorithms to optimize the battery's state of charge and extend its lifespan, as well as improve the EV transportation usage experience and personalize recommendations based on a large amount of data on vehicle condition and available infrastructure.

Maintaining Balance How to optimize the use of charging infrastructure? How to make it more accessible and enable everyone who wishes to charge their devices? How to automate this process across thousands of charging stations? You will design a system for distributing load and managing the availability of the charging network at the level of an individual station and entire city districts.

We expect you to

• Be proficient in mathematical statistics and have applied it in practice
• Have a command of Python and SQL
• Study and analyze professional literature and scientific papers in English
• See the physical meaning behind numbers and find the causes of phenomena
• Can work under uncertainty, structure and formalize tasks
• Can argue and clearly defend your own point of view and listen to others'
• Are ready to communicate with developers, product managers, and business development managers, and can work harmoniously with them
• Understand that any analytics must be tied to business results
• Are capable of independently setting goals and taking responsibility for the development of algorithms in the product
