Head of Product Analytics Group, Yandex ID
Yandex ID is much more than just a login and password form on Yandex services. We develop numerous ecosystem products related to storing and processing data of millions of users, both on Yandex's internal services and on external websites and applications.
Product approach You will be responsible for building product analytics processes for a major business unit: this includes gathering and prioritizing the backlog, forming medium- and long-term analytics goals based on business focus, and taking responsibility for the results. You will communicate with a large number of stakeholders: product part managers, marketing, sales, and operations teams. You will study colleagues' ideas on how to improve the product (translating them into specific analytical tasks, assessing their impact on the business).
Finding points for growth in authorization conversion Authorization conversion is our key metric. We constantly research its behavior across services, support the launch of new applications, look for growth points, and conduct numerous experiments.
Research on authorized users Yandex ID is a unified account, and we are constantly increasing its value for the user. What needs are users trying to fulfill with Yandex ID? What can we offer them to grow their retention? Why do users create new accounts if they already have old ones? You will search for answers to these questions together with us.
