Sales Planning Manager
Our team plans advertising revenue sales, analyzes sales and business results. We study the business trends behind the numbers, create predictive models for the week, month, quarter, and year. We also set goals for the sales department. It is important to be able to argue your point of view while also listening to colleagues.
We monitor current business trends and new industry ideas. Our findings and recommendations help management develop the company.
Analytics You will conduct factor analysis of sales, participate in projects with related departments, and create new things for the company's development. You will need to communicate a lot and monitor trends and changes in industries.
Planning You will analyze data, draw conclusions and make assumptions, formulate a position, and present quarterly sales calculations to the sales department, as well as agree on the numbers. You will manage the planning process: discuss task deadlines with other departments, create and present schedules, set tasks in Tracker, and monitor their completion. In addition, you will need to prepare convenient planning files: export data, convert it to the required format, and check it.
Reporting You will prepare reports on business results: plan-fact (forecast) for revenue in different breakdowns and metrics — quarterly, monthly, and weekly. You will also need to monitor the correctness of numbers on dashboards and prepare technical specifications for creating new dashboards and refining existing ones.
