You will be a key partner for the client organization of Yandex Cloud. What tasks await you

Process Optimization You will identify routine operations for automation and implement AI into CRM processes.

Market Segmentation You will develop criteria for dividing the market and clients into segments, analyzing their potential.

Territorial Planning You will help distribute workload among managers, manage the deal pipeline and revenue forecast, collect data for developing a sales plan, and track KPI performance.

We expect you to

• Have worked in sales support / sales operations in IT or the B2B sector for at least three years
• Know CRM systems and office tools
• Confidently analyze data (use formulas, pivot tables, visualizations)
• Be able to work in a multitasking mode and handle urgent requests
