Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager to develop and scale international support. Your task will be to oversee the quality of internal processes, data, and decision-making logic. You will work closely with product, operational, and analytical teams to increase the efficiency and predictability of process workflows.

What tasks await you

Improving product processes and data analysis You will design and improve internal processes at the intersection of product and operational teams, analyze product and operational data, identify growth points and problem areas, formulate and test improvement hypotheses.

Work with P&L You will be responsible for the internal audit of P&L initiatives and projects, working through the Run Rate with customers regarding P&L.

Risk assessment of changes You will assess how product changes affect key metrics and user experience, as well as forecast potential risks and side effects.

Interaction with teams You will collaborate with product, operational, and analytical teams to align decisions and implement product improvements.

We expect you to

• Have worked with data in a product or analytical role
• Be proficient in SQL
• Understand the principles of digital products and services (architectures, APIs, databases)
• Possess developed project thinking: able to see the connections between decisions, processes, and user value
• Be able to structure uncertainty and turn it into clear rules and solutions
• Possess strong communication skills and have interacted with developers, analysts, and product managers
• Be able to analyze a project's P&L, know the structure of the report and key indicators (Revenue, COGS, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, Net Profit, and others)
• Have English language proficiency at level B2 or higher

• Have experience participating in internal audits of operational and product teams, understand the essence of the Run Rate indicator and its role in project performance evaluation, and are able to use it for forecasting results
