Project Manager at Plus Fantech
Fantech's Financial Project Office is looking for a Project Manager to implement key service projects — Plus, Kinopoisk, Music, Books, Afisha, and others.
We are responsible for launching new monetization models and scaling services in new markets, improving the efficiency of financial and operational processes, as well as integrating businesses after M&A into Fantech's business unit perimeter. We work closely with IT, business, and back-office, ensuring the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
Managing projects for integrating new services after mergers and acquisitions (M&A) You will need to develop and implement integration plans, coordinate team work, and monitor deadlines and task quality.
Launching new monetization schemes and services in new countries You will develop project plans, coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Elaboration and optimization of current business processes You will need to analyze "bottlenecks," develop proposals to improve work efficiency, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness.
Development and implementation of internal regulations and procedures You will prepare regulations, methodological materials, and documentation to ensure uninterrupted and efficient back-office operations.
