We’re not just growing – we’re creating a new standard for child safety. And now we’re looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for partnership cross-integrations with major players in the Russian market, creating a unified ecosystem for a comfortable and safe childhood.
Your Main Challenge
You will lead the process of launching partner integrations. This is work at the intersection of business, product, and development. The main goal for Gde moi deti is to increase brand awareness and attractiveness through cross-integrations, as well as attract a new user base.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing hypotheses and refining existing ideas for cross-integration with large Russian businesses.
- Reaching out to relevant brands and conducting negotiations with key business decision-makers. Agreeing on win-win cooperation terms.
- Developing product flows and user CJM. Thinking through how exactly a parent will see the partner service within Gde moi deti and how the Gde moi deti geo-feature will be integrated into the partner's service.
- Coordinating processes within product teams. Monitoring the deadlines and quality of integration implementation.
- Feature Development: You will not just launch cross-integrations, but also analyze their effectiveness and iteratively improve product metrics.
What's Important to Us:
- IT Experience of 2-3 years. You have already launched complex integrations in B2C products.
- Understanding of the Technical Side. You can translate business goals into clear technical specifications for development.
- Product Mindset: You don't just "move tickets in Jira," but understand how every change affects the user experience.
- Coordination Skills: You know how to negotiate, coordinate teams, and achieve results on time, even when everyone else has their own urgent tasks.
