Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Development Project Manager

We are looking for a product leader with project management skills for the Yandex HQ team, who will create and develop P2P products and solutions for all employees.

You will work at the intersection of product manager and project manager functions because it's important for us not just to launch formats, but to build a sustainable knowledge-sharing ecosystem where employees teach employees, and the exchange of knowledge and experience enhances results.

What tasks await you

Development and implementation of P2P solutions, management of the project scope You will design and implement the full cycle of P2P products and solutions (mentoring, coaching, communities of practice, etc.) that will help employees exchange knowledge, experience, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing the project scope: developing a roadmap, controlling budget and resources, assessing risks and dependencies, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.

Building a network of ambassadors and moderators, communications and branding You will be involved in selecting, training, and supporting community ambassadors and moderators, as well as establishing regular formats for their interaction. You will need to organize communications around the products: create landing pages, newsletters, conduct Q&A sessions, compile an event calendar and content plan.

Development of methodological materials You will create guides for participants, mentors, and coaches, checklists for meetings, and a code of ethics and confidentiality.

Monitoring and analysis of metrics You will form and maintain a metrics dashboard, track reach, activity, retention, quality of interactions, progress toward goals, and business impact.

Interaction with company departments You will need to actively collaborate with business groups and other Yandex departments: collect and analyze product requirements, and consider user feedback.

We expect you to

• Have successfully implemented educational and P2P products from scratch, involving a large number of related teams and stakeholders, in the role of a product manager
• Know the provider market, including foreign providers, and can quickly find a provider for non-standard requests
• Know how to work in a product approach and organize the work of a team
• Are capable of pitching your ideas and conveying large volumes of complex information in an accessible language to different audiences
• Think systematically and flexibly, can see a problem comprehensively and propose solution options
• Have a broad outlook, are curious, and are ready to constantly learn
• Are not afraid of responsibility, are willing to take risks, build relationships
• Know English at a level no lower than Intermediate
