CRM Project Manager

The CRM team at Yandex Taxi is looking for an energetic and talented CRM project manager. You will delve into CRM processes and build them, communicate with business clients. And most importantly — improve the life of internal users.

What tasks await you

Strategy and Communication You will be responsible for identifying the client's business needs and developing a strategy for the CRM system's evolution. Managing expectations, providing reports, and communicating effectively.

Development and Project Management You will plan, decompose tasks, and set priorities. Formulate requirements for developers and manage the release cycle.

Implementation and Support You will need to solve low-code tasks, test the system, maintain documentation, and notify users of changes. Also, improve the CRM system's brand and ensure a positive user experience.

We expect that you

• Have at least two years of experience working with CRM systems or within large-scale B2C/B2B products in a project manager role
• Have launched AI features
• Understand how technical systems work and can speak with developers on the same level
• Know what user value is and how it translates into business results

• Have experience in systems analysis, architecture, or IT consulting
