CRM Marketing Manager
We are developing Yandex Go superapp — a unified space for solving users' everyday tasks. The CRM team is responsible for improving the user experience, developing cross-service scenarios, and helping people use our application more often.
We are looking for a key player to join our team who will create smart CRM strategies. You will be able to implement innovations, including AI features, and influence the product and business.
Marketing Tasks You will be responsible for developing effective CRM mechanics for Yandex Go services, building personalized communications (push, in-app) based on big data, conducting A/B tests and experiments, including using AI, managing cross-service scenarios from hypothesis to implementation, optimizing user funnels and CJM, analyzing effectiveness, and scaling results.
Working in a Large Team You will work with product, analytics, creative, and marketing teams.
