We are looking for a CRM specialist with a focus on B2B communication and an emphasis on automated and one-off targeted communications. You will be responsible for developing a strategy for using automated tools for work, aimed at increasing the efficiency of communications on the platform.
You will be responsible for:
- preparing and launching manual and triggered mailings, creating campaigns on the internal platform;
- segmenting audiences using SQL;
- launching a large number of A/B tests and interpreting their results;
- managing the main communication channels: app push, email, in-app (notification center, drawers), web push, messengers, SMS;
- generating ideas for launches, participating in team brainstorming sessions;
- developing and improving user CJM (Customer Journey Map);
- tracking key performance indicators of direct marketing: OR, CR, unsubscribes, spam, etc.;
- interacting with other teams (CRM verticals, research, MSD, sales), controlling tasks, adhering to deadlines, and monitoring the quality of execution.
We expect that you:
- have at least three years of experience in CRM communications;
- are proficient in SQL;
- have experience working with the main communication channels (chat bots, call bots, email, messengers, push, SMS);
- understand marketing research;
- have experience conducting A/B tests (including preparing the design before launch);
- have experience working with reports in Redash/Tableau or similar tools;
- possess an analytical mindset, can argue your point of view;
- think systematically, can aggregate information, set priorities;
- understand the internet market, its key players, and trends.
