The Avito Real Estate internal traffic team is responsible for the growth and development of the user base. Our task is to help people navigate Avito Real Estate's housing products and services more easily by creating personalized and accurate interaction scenarios at every stage of the journey.
In 2026, the business's focus is shifting towards marketing's impact on sales and revenue growth. CRM is the most digitized channel for audience acquisition and retention; we have built an end-to-end sales funnel and can accurately evaluate the results of all launched campaigns. Therefore, the Avito Real Estate CRM marketing team, on the B2B side, is focusing on monetizing the B2B stream in 2026.
Examples of future tasks:
We are looking for a Junior CRM Marketing Specialist in the B2B direction who will help us launch campaigns, analyze their results, come up with hypotheses, and also participate in the development of the team's projects.
You will be responsible for:
- coordinating the entire campaign preparation process and independently launching mass and trigger CRM campaigns in channels: push, email, in-app, messengers, chat-bots, SMS, and others;
- building segments and audiences in SQL for each communication according to specified rules;
- evaluating the effectiveness of launched campaigns, analyzing A/B test results, optimizing campaigns based on the obtained results;
- participating in generating new ideas and growth points for the B2B direction;
- interacting with related teams to coordinate launches.
We expect you to:
- have at least one year of similar experience in CRM marketing;
- possess good analytical skills, understand what lies behind the numbers, and have a basic understanding of marketing and product metrics;
- know how to launch campaigns "manually" (simple scenarios, triggers, communication chains), understand A/B test logic, and excellently lead the entire campaign preparation process;
- be able to work with SQL at a basic level or be ready to master it quickly;
- have excellent communication and project management skills, and have projects in your portfolio that you are proud of.
