developing and implementing a communication strategy for attracting and retaining users across internal channels: app and web push, email, in-app, messengers, SMS, and others;
segmenting users based on data, lifecycle, and CJM stage, and personalizing communications;
testing new hypotheses and implementing new mechanics for attraction and retention;
working on improving the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, segments, and messages;
coordinating the entire preparation process for mailing campaigns and independently launching campaigns;
collaborating with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, ML, as well as with analysts and researchers to coordinate the launch of new projects and experiments.
We expect that you:
have at least three years of relevant work experience;
possess strong analytical skills and understand the story behind the numbers;
are able to launch mailings manually, are knowledgeable about A/B tests, and lead the entire mailing preparation process;
can work with SQL at a basic level or are ready to quickly learn it;
have a growth mindset and initiative: you go beyond basic CRM campaigns, are ready to propose new ideas and mechanics, seek points for growth acceleration, and turn them into testable hypotheses;
have excellent communication and project management skills, with a portfolio that includes large and complex projects in targeted marketing.
