We are developing the superapp Yandex Go — a unified space for solving users' everyday tasks. The CRM team enhances user experience, develops cross-service scenarios, and helps people use our app more frequently.
We are looking for a key player to join the team, who will create smart CRM strategies, implement innovations, including AI features, and influence the product and business.
Marketing tasks You will develop effective CRM mechanics for Yandex Go services, create personalized communications (push, in-app) based on big data, conduct A/B tests and experiments, including with the help of AI, manage cross-service scenarios from hypothesis to implementation, optimize user funnels and CJM, analyze effectiveness, and scale results.
Teamwork You will work with product, analytics, creative, and marketing teams.
