We help people find service providers across various sectors, and help professionals and companies promote themselves, get more orders, and earn money. We strive to become the first-choice platform for finding service providers and customers in Russia.
CRM marketers at Avito research user journeys, build relationships with B2B and C2C segments, support new product launches, and marketing projects. In their work, they use various channels — in-product notifications, in-app push notifications, SMS, chatbots, email, and messengers. We are analytics-oriented and test every new hypothesis through A/B tests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing full-cycle campaigns in channels: push, notification center, email, messengers, chat, SMS, etc.: handling segmentation, campaign planning, setup and launch, being responsible for post-campaign analysis, and scaling effective scenarios in the C2C segment;
- launching full-cycle A/B tests: forming growth hypotheses, prioritizing using RICE, being responsible for experiment design, preparing segments and creatives, setting up tests on the platform, summarizing results, and rolling out experiments;
- continuously testing formats, touch frequency (including cascades), triggers, and channels with a focus on increasing CR, engagement, and LTV;
- applying best CVM practices and a data-driven approach in your work;
- performing segmentation and analyzing the CJM of Avito Services users: identifying key growth points and barriers;
- initiating and conducting analytical research (cohorts, funnels, behavioral patterns) to generate hypotheses.
We expect that you:
- have at least three years of experience in CRM marketing on the side of a large IT company within a digital product;
- have a basic or higher level of SQL proficiency;
- have experience with full-cycle A/B testing: formulating growth hypotheses, designing experiments, analyzing incremental effect, and making scaling decisions;
- work closely with analytics: able to formulate research requests, work with the results of analytical and ML models, segment users based on digital footprint; understand what analysis is needed to solve a specific business task;
- can manage your task flow: separate important from secondary, work with prioritization, use planning tools, and bring initiatives to completion;
- understand CVM principles: managing touch frequency, cascades, trigger scenarios, controlling communication pressure;
- possess a growth mindset and initiative: go beyond basic CRM campaigns, are ready to propose new ideas and mechanics, find growth acceleration points, and turn them into testable hypotheses;
- are accustomed to justifying decisions with numbers and linking CRM activities to product and business metrics;
- operate with a data-driven logic and take responsibility for results.
