CRM Manager for the International Direction of Maps
We are looking for a CRM specialist to work on the international market at Yandex Maps: a strong, technically savvy individual ready to take full ownership of CRM processes in the international domain—from strategy to implementation. The focus countries are Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan with the prospect of expanding the geography.
Building end-to-end analytics You will be responsible for formulating hypotheses, designing A/B tests, reading and defending results, and making data-driven decisions.
Communication with stakeholders within Maps and with other services You will interact with product managers and designers to create regular content plans for all countries, triggers, and user scenarios. You will actively communicate with related teams (e.g., Go, analytics, marketing) and manage the expectations of all stakeholders.
Launching CRM channels In addition to independently launching current CRM channels (push, in-app), it will be necessary to lead the revision of existing processes, implement automation, and improve efficiency in all countries of presence.
