CRM Manager at Plus Fantech
The Plus and Fantech subscription CRM team in Central Asia is looking for a CRM marketer. You will be responsible for CRM communications for the Allplay services (this is the key focus) and Kinopoisk in Uzbekistan, as well as developing segment communications for Music in Central Asian countries.
Developing CRM communications You will launch communications (push notifications, in-app, SMS, and other formats) in CRM channels, taking into account local market specifics, adapting messages to different languages and cultural characteristics of the audience. It is important to build systematic communication with users, improving their experience and engagement through CRM tools.
Analytics and optimization You will establish metrics to evaluate service effectiveness, analyze the results of CRM activities, formulate hypotheses, test and implement improvements to increase key metrics and achieve business goals.
Collaboration with teams You will need to actively collaborate with the product team, marketers, analysts, editors, and designers: prepare technical specifications and oversee communications to the final result. It is important to be able to argue decisions, advocate for initiatives, and bring projects to launch.
