Avto.ru is one of the largest and most famous websites in the Russian-speaking internet where you can buy or sell a car. Our mission is to develop the Russian automotive market, making it transparent, convenient, and safe for all participants.
We are currently looking for a CRM Marketer to join our team, who will be responsible for interacting with our service users.
Launching and developing CRM communications You will be responsible for launching communications in CRM channels (push notifications, email, in-app, pop-ups, teasers, and other formats): from the birth of an idea and content preparation to release and subsequent results analysis. It's important not just to launch campaigns but to help build systematic communication with users, improving user experience and engagement through CRM tools.
Analytics and performance evaluation You will work with CRM communication metrics, analyze launch results, and assess their impact on product and business KPIs. The ability to draw conclusions based on data, find growth points, and propose improvements to increase communication effectiveness is expected.
A/B testing and hypothesis work You will formulate hypotheses for improving communications, launch A/B tests, and interpret results. It is important to be able to turn numbers into concrete decisions and scale successful practices.
Cross-functional collaboration The work involves close interaction with analysts, developers, editors, and designers: setting tasks, preparing clear technical specifications, and overseeing communications through to the final result. The ability to argue for decisions, advocate for initiatives, and see projects through to launch is important.
