Marketing Manager for Yandex App — with Alice AI

We are looking for a product marketer to join the Yandex app team — with Alice AI. Your task will be to be responsible for the growth of Alice AI usage.

You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics, directly influencing how millions of users interact with AI.

You will identify growth points in user behavior, launch experiments, and scale solutions that help users discover the capabilities of neural networks and use them regularly.

What tasks await you

Growth of Alice usage metrics You will work to get more people to use Alice and use AI functions more often.

Optimization of the usage funnel You will analyze user behavior, search for insights, and increase the target use of the neural network, as well as the diversity of its application scenarios.

Development of communications You will help users better understand the capabilities of neural networks through in-app communications and other product mechanics.

Cross-functional work You will need to work in cross-functional teams and be responsible for marketing initiatives.

We expect that you

• Have worked with digital products for more than three years
• Have implemented projects that improved metrics at different stages of the funnel: acquisition, onboarding and activation, retention, reactivation, increasing revenue per user
• Have worked with A/B experiments and product analytics
• Know the principles of product marketing
• Can build long-term partnerships with related teams
• Actively use neural networks in work and everyday life
• Follow the development of AI products
